These terms and conditions apply to every order you place with Crown Fish Bar, on this website or by phone.

Who we are

This website is run by Crown Fish & Chips Ltd, trading as Crown Fish Bar. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17204023. Our registered office is 133 Middleton Boulevard, Nottingham, England, NG8 1FW, and our shop is at 133a Middleton Boulevard, Nottingham, NG8 1FW. Phone: 0115 837 6441.

Placing an order

When you place an order you are offering to buy the items in your basket. We accept your offer when we confirm it, and a contract is formed at that point. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the shop is closed or busy, or we cannot deliver to your address, and we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery fees and the minimum delivery order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Collection and delivery

You can collect your order from the shop at the time shown, or choose delivery to an address within five miles of NG8 1FW. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please be available at the address and answer your phone; if we cannot reach you we may be unable to deliver.

Payment

You can pay online by card or pay when you collect or receive your order, where that option is offered. Card payments are taken by our payment provider over a secure connection. We never see or store your full card number.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from them. Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance before you order.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability to you for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
